These rumours, Sir Henri said, formed part of a "bear" attack from Moscow. This movement against the Royal Dutch. was conducted from Paris, and was financially supported from Moscow.. Those who spread the rumours knew that they were complete lies. I am fully informed," Sir Henri added, " about the source of these rumours in Paris.. When the accounts of the Royal Dutch and, Shell are published they, will make a good impression." This statement had a reassuring' effect on to-day's Bourse. Yesterday, after official quotations, Royal Dutch dropped to about' 16, but to-day the tendency was firmer and they closed about 105. The Amsterdam Stock Exchange Committee has entered into communication with foreign .committees dealing with the protection the interests of holders of Kreuger securities.
